These services are available without service charges from the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and its European (METEOSAT) and Asian (GMS-5, Insat-3) counterparts for Geostationary Operations Environmental Satellites (GOES). 

Sea Tel now brings affordable WeSat Weather-at-Sea systems to commercial, military and private maritime interests. And, WeSat can work in tandem with Sea Tel's TV-at-Sea system - giving you a fully integrated package.
